Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. It'll take 5-7 working business days for the return to be processed. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:
Damaged Product: If your product is damaged, we require proof in the form of a genuine, unedited, untampered unboxing video. This video must:
Start from the moment the package arrives at your door.
Continue through the entire unboxing process until the final product is fully visible.
Be recorded under natural conditions, with clear audio.
Please ensure the video clearly shows any damage to the product as it is discovered.
Refund Policy
Refund Method: Once your return is approved, we offer two refund options:
Complete store credits for future purchases on our website.
A refund of the product value (excluding shipping fees and taxes) to your original payment method, such as a credit card or bank account.
Please note that shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
